There’s something about spring in Queens that just hits differently.
The parks start to fill with laughter again, the sun stays out a little longer, and the sidewalks seem to bloom right along with the tulips. As a dad, a neighbor, and someone who’s lucky enough to live and work in this vibrant borough, I’ve come to love the way Queens shows up for seasonal celebrations—especially Easter.
And whether your little ones are in it for the chocolate, the photo ops, or the thrill of the hunt, this year’s lineup of local Easter events is stacked with joy. So grab a basket, throw on your favorite pastel sweater, and let’s dive into some of the best places to make springtime memories right here in our own backyard.
